This picture is of Nigel at a dog park that is in an apartment complex nearby. Some friends who live there met us for a few doggie playdates before they moved. It is really just a fenced in area for those who live in the complex to bring their dogs for some exercised. I can imagine they would get pretty nuts cramped in an apartment all the time. We are looking into a boarding kennel nearby that also has a doggie agility course, which you and your dog can run with or without a trainer, and a fun park to include nature trails and splash pools. They are full service, also offering overnight care with 24 hour supervision, and a full list of grooming services. It is an option we are considering for times when DH travels with work. Nigel is doing well. Some days are better than others as far as his behavior, but it seems directly tied to the amount of exercise he gets. A tired dog is a well-behaved dog.
